These organic beans come from the upper Apurimac river basin in the Vraem region, near Cusco in Peru. The region combines various ecological strategies ranging from 400m to 3000m, and is home to an enormous ecological and geographical biodiversity of forest flora and fauna.
Hasnaâ has taken particular care in processing these beans to bring out their fresh, tangy citrus notes (mandarin), which evolve into mocha and cherry, on a floral finish of rose, violet and lychee.
These exceptional bars contain only organic cocoa beans, with no added exogenous cocoa butter, and organic cane sugar.
